Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly linkup hosted by The Broke And The Bookish!
Of course we all want to read all of the authors, all of the time, but it's just not possible. I find that there is a large list of really popular authors who's work I haven't read yet, even if some of their books are sitting on my shelves (both physical and electronic). I like to think that I've read a lot of well known authors, but the fact is, I just read my first John Green novel, so that's not always the case. Here are ten authors who's books I haven't gotten around to reading yet.
I Want To Make Myself Read These Authors Soon!
- Fiona Paul/Paula Stokes
- Morgan Matson
- Sarah Rees Brennan
- Kendare Blake
- Veronica Roth
- Victoria Schwab
- Gretchen McNeil
- Kasie West
- Gail Carriger
- Sarah J. Maas
Well there's my list! What's on yours? I wanna know. Leave your link below or tell me in the comments!

I've only read a couple of these myself. I read Morgan Matson's first book and really loved it and the second was good too. I have read Roth but, although I definitely recommend Divergent, the rest of the series goes really down hill and kind of ruins it ;) I want to read a lot of these myself - Schwab and West made my list too.
Great list Christianna! I've only read a few of these myself so far and that's Fiona Paul (I love her Secrets of the Eternal Rose trilogy), Sarah Rees Brennan (but only as a co-writer) and Kasie West (started and finished my first Kasie West book last night and it was exactly what I needed!
I really want to read Kendare Blake, Veronica Roth, Victoria Schwab and Sarah J. Mass also! You can see my list here: http://the-bookbee.blogspot.com.au/
Oops, I left the wrong link, sorry about that! Here's the correct one: http://the-bookbee.blogspot.com.au/2014/03/top-ten-tuesday-3.html
Great list! I haven't read a few of these authors either, like Carriger, Maas or West. I hope to read Kasie West's latest book this spring though. I LOVE Matson. I hope you get to read her sometime.
I've been meaning to read Victoria Schwab's work since I saw her speak at New York Comic Con once, but I just haven't gotten my hands on one of her books yet. I really need to get around to that.
I've only read Veronica Roth and Victoria Schwab from this list. Sarah Maas is one that I'm dying to read. I just recently bought her book, Throne of Glass, so hopefully she'll be an author I'm more familiar with soon. I definitely wouldn't mind checking out Kendare Blake's books too. Great list, thanks for sharing and opening my mind to new authors.

EEK dude you so have to read Kendare Blake! I love her books and we seem to like the same books when it comes to that genre. Schwab too I'm pretty sure you'd enjoy Vicious. I haven't read her Archived series though but i want to. Kasie West I have read Pivot Point but none of her highly praised contemporaries.
I love Kendare Blake! She's on my auto-buy list for sure.
Despite having 3 or 4 of her books, I've never read anything by Kasie West either - but I really want to!
You have to read Kasie West, totally my favorite. Thanks for stopping by my post :)
Sarah J. Maas is on my list as well. You are definitely missing out with Kasie West and Gail Carriger! Make time for them as soon as possible - you won't regret it!
My TTT
Sarah J Maas is on my list but I have been considering Roth's Divergent and didn't Kendare Blake do Anna Dressed In Blood? I wanted to read that too.
I follow John Green's tumblr, on Instagram, and his Crash Course series on youtube... but I have yet to read one of his novels. Silly me!
Neil Gaiman would be one of my choices... well, I read one of his books, but I don't have plans on reading more.
Omg Christianna this list of yours hurts my soul. Please read Kasie West, and Morgan Matson, And Sarah J. Maas, and Kendare Blake, and Victoria Schwab, and Sarah Rees Brennan or at least one of them soon. These are like amazing authors. AMAZING.
