[Top Ten Tuesday: Secondary Characters Who Need Their Own Books]

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly linkup hosted by The Broke And The Bookish!

Before we get into my character picks this week, I have an announcement to make. As some of you may know (via my social media sites) myself and a team of talented individuals have been working on putting together an arts and media zine with a heavy nod towards Indie artists over the last couple of weeks. Well, I'm proud to say that Bystander is officially launched and we'd love if you could stop by! So, go and check it out!

Now we'll get back to business. Here are the character I think should have their own books, even though they don't.

Why? Who wouldn't want to read a book from the POV of a snarky British cat?

Elise from Dangerous Girls.
Why? It would be cool to see things unfold from her POV before her murder.

Other Mother from Coraline.
Why? It would be creepy and weird and scary.

Nancy from Girl Defective.
Why? It would be cool to see inside the sometimes cult-like behaviors of extreme band fans.

Balder from Going Bovine.
Why? He's a Norse god stuck in a garden gnome, what's not to love?

The Ghost from Of Metal and Wishes.
Why? I just want to know more about him and the way he thinks!

Morpheus from Splintered.
Why? I'm a Morpheus fangirl and he needs his own book.

Augustus Waters from The Fault in Our Stars.
Why? Because I want to cry more, I guess.

Odessa from Deliver Me.
Why? I want to see what her life is like inside the fancy house.

Anise from Winterspell.
Why? She's so twisted and evil and oddly likeable.

Well there's my list!  What's on yours?  I wanna know.  Leave your link below or tell me in the comments!

I've actually only read The Fault in Our Stars from your list, but I've been wanting to read some of the others for a while. What do you recommend starting with?
