[Top Ten Tuesday: 10 Places Books Have Made Me Want To Visit]

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly linkup hosted by The Broke And The Bookish!

This post couldn't come at a better time. As you've all noticed, things have been pretty quite on the blog lately. That's because I've been out of the country for awhile! I've been back for a little over a week, but it's taken me awhile to get back into the flow of things. Where was I you ask? Amsterdam! Oddly enough, a pretty famous book or two had an influence on wanting to go and so I'm excited to dig into this post!

I remember reading this book and laughing my head off. Instantly I knew that I needed to get on plane and fly over to England. It's become one of my very favorite places on the planet and I've been twice and plan on many more trips back in the future!

I actually read this book on the way to Paris last year and it couldn't have been a better pick. It was crazy to see the things that she talks about in the book as I roamed the city! Plus, this book also had to do with my want to travel to Amsterdam!

If you guessed that The Fault in Our Stars had something to do with my most recent trip, you'd be correct. I had to see The Anne Frank House for myself and I have to admit that it was intense, but it's something that I'm so glad I did.

I actually read this one after I made my way to Cinque Terre, but this book made me want to head back for longer than 2 days. These villages in Italy were amazing!

This book and I are connected at soul level and it made me want to jump on a plane so I could get lost in an Australian record store. It hasn't happened yet, but I see it happening at some point in my life.

Can you say Greece, cause I can say Greece and this book makes me want to go there. Real bad. It helps that I have Greek heritage, so I should make that happen soon...

This book makes me want to hop in car full of boys and go to Dollywood really bad. Like, it's a secret dream of mine that people will now know. And I'm not ashamed to admit it!

Canada, one day I will be in you and it will be amazing. I'm not putting on a pair of skates though, cause nothing about that sounds fun and, God knows, it wouldn't look pretty!

This book makes Pompeii sound amazing. Unlike the movie named after the place, that was terrifyingly bad. But this book makes me a fan and my morbid curiosity might need to find out what it's all about.

When all else fails I just want to visit this version of Wonderland and have a thing with Morpheus. Cause that's never gonna happen, but this world is grand escape from reality...

Well there's my list!  What's on yours?  I wanna know.  Leave your link below or tell me in the comments!

Awesome list! I completely agree with you about Paris, England and Amsterdam. I haven't read that particular Rennison book, but I read one of her other novels and it had me laughing out loud….loved the humor!
