My pick this week is...
"Exquisite Captive"
Author: Heather Demetrios
Release Date: October 7th, 2014
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Summary:
Forced to obey her master.
Compelled to help her enemy.
Determined to free herself.
Nalia is a jinni of tremendous ancient power, the only survivor of a coup that killed nearly everyone she loved. Stuffed into a bottle and sold by a slave trader, she’s now in hiding on the dark caravan, the lucrative jinni slave trade between Arjinna and Earth, where jinn are forced to grant wishes and obey their human masters’ every command. She’d give almost anything to be free of the golden shackles that bind her to Malek, her handsome, cruel master, and his lavish Hollywood lifestyle.
Enter Raif, the enigmatic leader of Arjinna’s revolution and Nalia’s sworn enemy. He promises to free Nalia from her master so that she can return to her ravaged homeland and free her imprisoned brother—all for an unbearably high price. Nalia’s not sure she can trust him, but Raif’s her only hope of escape. With her enemies on the hunt, Earth has become more perilous than ever for Nalia. There’s just one catch: for Raif’s unbinding magic to work, Nalia must gain possession of her bottle…and convince the dangerously persuasive Malek that she truly loves him. Battling a dark past and harboring a terrible secret, Nalia soon realizes her freedom may come at a price too terrible to pay: but how far is she willing to go for it?
Inspired by Arabian Nights, EXQUISITE CAPTIVE brings to life a deliciously seductive world where a wish can be a curse and shadows are sometimes safer than the light.

OMG, this book sounds so good! Female genies and cruel masters and magic and true love and family duty. This book has all the things that I love in a book. Hopefully it's as amazing as I want it to be!

I was going to pick tho shook as my WoW today as well! It sounds awesome and it's inspired by Arabian Nights which sounds pretty cool! Great pick!
I saw this available on EW but it didn't have a cover yet. I read Something Real (which was awesome btw) but this one doesn't sound like something I normally read. I may give it a chance though. I hope you enjoy reading it!
My WoW
This does sound amazing. I love the idea of a female genie. Great pick!
YES! I picked this one up on Edelweiss and I can't wait to read it!
Great choice! I pre-ordered this. Never read anything involving a Jinn. Look forward to it.
My WOW
Um yes please! This one sounds really good! I hadn't heard of it before your post either. I'll have to add it to my TBR list!

Wow this sounds great! Excited for more genie books after reading The Art of Wishing last year! Of course this looks completely different, but definitely awesome!
Haven't read anything to do with genies so that should be fun, and I've heard tons of good things about Something Real- which, I still have to get to. Sounds great though! :)
I'm sooo glad you featured this book, because I remember reading about it and thinking OMG I must read that! And then I promptly forgot what it was. Now I'm adding it to Goodreads right away! Awesome choice:-)
