Stacking The Shelves is hosted by Tynga's Reviews!
This last Tuesday was my 25th birthday and I got a few books as gifts! Seriously, I got some novels that I've been dieing to dig into, but I have a few review books that I need to get to first and then I'll be diving in and devouring them all! In case you missed it, you have a few days left to try to win yourself a copy of In the Shadow of Blackbirds (click the link) and you don't wanna miss that read. Trust me! Anyways, 25 has been epic for the first few days (other than all of my electronic revolting on the same day). But this post isn't about that. Nope it's about the books, so lets get on to those!
The Books:
Birthday Gifts:
- "The Ocean at the End of the Lane" by Neil Gaiman (Neil is my author spirit animal)
- "Instructions for a Broken Heart" by Kim Colbertson (A travel book set in Italy, yes please)

- "What We Saw at Night" by Jacquelyn Mitchard (Parkour...)

I really enjoyed Born of Illusion! (just realized I need to write a review for that - whoops) What We Saw at Night was interesting and I am really looking forward to Five Summers! Enjoy your books :D
Look at all the pretties! Born of Illusion is so good, and I've been dying for The Beautiful and the Cursed and Famous Last Words! I hope they're amazing. And I totally intend to read both Something Strange and Deadly and The Trouble With Flirting this summer!
I have Born of Illusion and Five Summers on my Kindle, but still need to read them. I can't wait for the Ocean. I have it on order at the library. Great haul! Thanks for stopping by mine!
